Literatür Kimya was established to produce thermoset moulding compounds, SMC and BMC, in 2003 and continues manufacturing on 10,000 m² of open, 5,000 m² of closed area in the Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone. Its compounding process park includes two Schmidt&Heinzmann SMC machines, five BMC Kneaders. (BMC: Bulk Moulding Compound & SMC: Sheet Moulding Compound)

    In response to growing demand in the sector, Literatür Kimya began manufacturing finished parts for its customers, using customer-owned molds and supplying them under the customers’ own brands.Therefore, it invested in hydraulic presses and thermoset injection machines, including 13 hydraulic presses ranging from 80 tons to 1.600 tons and 2 thermoset injection machines 420 tons. With its machinery park, Literatür Kimya is one of the leading companies in the composite industry, that relieves your production load and serves as a reliable solution partner.

     Through its R&D studies, Literatür Kimya can formulate the compounds with different types of thermoset resins and fibers and also is able to use recycled raw materials partially for sustainability.
